Law 30/2007 of 30 October contracts of the Public Sector (LCSP), which obliges contracting authorities to disseminate, via the Internet, its profile of contracting, in order to ensure transparency and public access to information relating to its contractual activity entered into force on May 1, 2008. The dissemination, through this profile, the information concerning the procedures for the award of contracts shall take effect provided for in title I of Book III of the Act.
